CT30
Description
The CT30 is an automatic stirrup assembling system operating pneumatically and electrically. It is supplied with stirrups produced from the ROBOT machines and feeds the automatic assembler .
The stirrup is welded at the critical points so that the additional tying of the reinforcement is avoided. The result is a continuous production of ready-for-placement reinforcement of any length and shape.
Special attention has been given to the welding method. Electric welding is achieved with continuous wire and gas, according to the specifications of the Concrete Reinforcement Steel Technology Regulation (ELOT 971). With this method, the placement of the reinforcement becomes more practical and the total assembly time is reduced.
The CT30 carries 1 welding head and is the compact version of the series.
Advantages
- Welding at one or more points.
- Production of ready-for-placement reinforcement of any length and shape.
- Maintenance of the shape and the ends of the stirrups during concrete vibration.
- Fast assembly and installation.
- Large production.
